Knitting Circle

Knitting Circle

The Stevensville United Methodist Knitting Circle and Friends meet in the Lounge every Thursday afternoon at 1:00 pm during the summer and at 2:00 pm after Labor Day. Just bring your own project (knit, crochet, or other type of hand work) and join in the conversation.  If you don't have a project of your own to work on, or want to help with our current projects, we have patterns and yarn for you.  Just come, join in and have a good time.  If you have any questions, just call Laura Bross at 269-465-4949.

This past year we were able to give 11 pairs of mittens, 11 hats, 3 sweaters, and a baby blanket, sweater, hat, booties and mittens to our Christmas families.  We also gave 29 knit hats, 2 fleece hats, 18 pairs of mittens 3 sweaters and 1 knit scarf to the Stat Police Post Mitten tree.  Thanks to everyone for your help with knitting and yarn donations! What a comforting ministry!
