The Stevensville United Methodist Church Missions Team organizes numerous special funds for mission work to continue. The following collections will occur during the Sunday services:FEBRUARY 26...U.M.C.O.R.
The United Methodist Church sends volunteers money and supplies to disaster areas in our country and the world through the United Methodist Committee On Relief organizations.
MARCH 4…CAMP SUNDAY
All donations on Camp Sunday will benefit the upkeep for Crystal Springs Camp located in Pokagon near Dowagiac, MI. Many of our SUMC youth use this camp and our church sponsors Asbury Cabin which is located on the campground.
MARCH 11…SUMC EMERGENCY FUND
The SUMC Emergency Fund is used to help those needing emergency assistance.
MARCH 18…ONE GREAT HOUR OF SHARING
Donations given to One Great Hour of Sharing help support feeding the hungry, helping babies to survive and giving communities skills and support. All gifts and programs are channeled through UMCOR.
